Goodwood Tourist Trophy, 19th August 1961

Jim Clark, with the John Ogier Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato (0183/R), finished fourth. The winner, Stirling Moss, during a pitstop with the Rob Walker Ferrari 250 GT SWB (2735GT). Moss won no fewer than seven Tourist Trophys, four consecutively at Goodwood from 1958 to 1961. Alan Markelson was the only American present with a Chevrolet Corvette.
